How do I book a mechanic or service?
Log in to your Mechzy account, choose your vehicle type and desired service, select a nearby mechanic or workshop, and confirm your booking. You’ll get a live estimate and updates at every step.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. Creating an account allows you to manage bookings, access service history, and receive timely updates. It also ensures secure communication between you and the service provider.
How are payments handled?
All payments on Mechzy are processed securely through trusted gateways. We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking. Mechzy does not store any sensitive payment data on its servers.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
